高純氫分析氦離子色譜儀

GC-9280高純氫分析氦離子色譜儀適用于高純氫氣中O2（Ar）、N2、CH4、CO、CO2等痕量雜質(zhì)的檢測，儀器配備高靈敏度的氦離子化（PDHID）檢測器，采用中心切割與反吹技術(shù)，配置具有吹掃保護(hù)氣路的進(jìn)樣切換閥和進(jìn)口氦氣純化器，通過無體積取樣或在線進(jìn)樣方式，一次性完成高純氫氣中上述雜質(zhì)的檢測，檢測限達(dá)ppb，重復(fù)性RSD≤1％。
