GC-9280型氣相色譜儀采用彩色觸摸屏控制，專業(yè)色譜儀UI操作界面設(shè)計，直觀反映進(jìn)樣口、柱溫箱、檢測器的內(nèi)部溫度值和個檢測器的數(shù)值，以及運(yùn)行時間，具備一鍵降溫功能，操作簡單直觀，使用方便；適用于金屬硅與甲醇等原料合成及三氯氫硅與甲醇醇解制得的三甲氧基硅烷。

三甲基甲氧基硅烷TMSOME測定氣相色譜儀原理 

在選定的工作條件下，使樣品汽化后經(jīng)GC-9280型氣相色譜儀汽化室進(jìn)入色譜柱得到分離，用氫火焰離子檢測器，采用面積歸一化法定量。

色譜工作站：PR-3000。

 微量注射器：1 μL 或 10 μL。

載氣：氮?dú)�，體積分?jǐn)?shù)大于 99.99％，經(jīng)硅膠和分子篩凈化。

燃?xì)猓?/span>PRH-300型氫氣發(fā)生器，體積分?jǐn)?shù)大于 99.99％，經(jīng)硅膠和分子篩凈化。

助燃?xì)猓?/span>PRK-2L型全自動空氣發(fā)生器，經(jīng)硅膠和分子篩凈化。

取樣 

采樣用取樣瓶應(yīng)清潔干燥，取樣時應(yīng)盡量避免與空氣接觸，取樣結(jié)束后應(yīng)立即加蓋密封保存。測定 

普瑞GC-9280型氣相色譜儀色譜儀啟動后達(dá)到設(shè)定的操作條件并穩(wěn)定后，用微量進(jìn)樣器從取樣瓶中抽取試樣 3 次至 5 次后進(jìn)樣分析，以面積歸一化法定量。
